SEAL - ILLiad API
Southeastern staff worked with Vassar College to develop a SEAL - ILLiad API. This API allows lending requests from SEAL to show up automatically in ILLiad clients after they are placed. Requests can also be updated directly in ILLiad, and these changes will be reflected within the accounts of SEAL borrowers. This API can help to better integrate ILL processes and streamline the day-to-day workflows of your ILL staff.
The ILLiad API works via the ILLiad web platform API, which provides programmatic access to your ILLiad installation. More information on how the API works can be found on the Atlas website, here.
