Guest borrowing options: Sullivan County residents can obtain a county patron card with proof of residency.
Check-out / Lending policies: The resident membership allows borrowers to check out up to 8 books at a time for 30 days. DVD / CD loans are for 7 days. These items can be renewed as long as no one else has requested the items. Sullivan County patrons can also use ILL (they may borrow 2 books at a time.)
On-site access: Guests can access library computers, although there is no printing for community patrons. They can also use the library’s book, periodical, and database collections during their visits to the library.
